I'm a breast cancer survivor and I take a hormone blocker medication to help prevent reoccurrence. I'm also 64 with thyroid disease. Weight loss is extremely difficult. I can gain a pound a day easily but only lose a half pound a week, on a good week. Anyone else in the same boat? What are your tips to improve results? I'm active, walking, elliptical, weights and stretches. I'm on the blue plan. Purple is only good for maintaining for me.

Ugh! Same. The hormone blocker makes it hard. Only if I exercise a lot in addition to plan will I lose

Yes, I have thyroid and took the blocker for a year. I actually took myself off of the blocker last month. I didn’t like the side effects. I just started WW and am on the blue plan. I take one day at a time and that is the best I can do. I have been increasing my walking to help. Hang in there!

If you like cucumber, slice some in your water throughout the day. (I also like strawberry water). Anything that helps lower down inflammation. Slow is always good.

I am in the same boat as you. I’m struggling so I’m so sorry to say I don’t have any tips for you. But hang in there.
