I’m not a big egg girl, I’ve eaten eggs all week so far & I’m over it. Any recipes on healthy & filling breakfasts? (I’m a green)

I love to make parfaits! I use nonfat plain Greek yogurt, berries, and a tiny bit of granola and honey. Delicious!

I'm not on green so not sure what the points would be. but some of my favourite breakfasts are overnight oats, banana with melted peanut butter drizzled over, yogurt with fruit mixed in, cheerios with a little milk, toast with sugar free jam and banana pancakes.

@retrospection I use 1/3c plain fat free Greek yogurt, 1/3c unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1/3c quaker quick oats as my base. Depending on the flavour I want I switch up the skinny syrup I use. This week I added a couple tbsps coconut skinny syrup and then I'll mix in pineapple when I'm ready to eat it. Other variations I use are salted caramel skinny syrup and then add in slow cooked apples or the peanut butter cup syrup and then add in a banana. I haven't tried it yet but think vanilla skinny syrup with blueberries or strawberries would be delicious too.

A banana with a tbsp of crunchy peanut or almond butter(I use almond for 3pts on blue) and a sprinkle of chia seeds for 1pt. 4 points and honestly is very filling. I ate it as a snack and ended up filling me lol. You could slice it up and add to toast for a little more.

I like Schmidt’s 647 bread with cottage cheese. Only one I use is Friendship brand California Style.

@kor336 I like cottage cheese with grated apple and cinnamon, spread on lightly buttered bread, put under broiler to warm and melt the cottage cheese. Can add sweetener and nutmeg. This is an old WW recipe from the '70's.

As far as the eggs go, I cook them plain or add a little chopped onion, chopped ham and chopped bell pepper; To change up my breakfast items I cook oatmeal plus a cup of fruit to go with it. Someone posted frozen waffles that I’m going to try that have less than 5 points. Just hang in there and be creative

My favorite non-egg breakfast is what I call “fake” sausage biscuits. Use mini pitas and Morningstar Farms Veggie sausage patties (don’t freak, they do have a good taste). I can have 2 of them for 3 points. Add some fruit and you’re good to go!
