I did a 24 hour fitness competition at my CrossFit box this weekend and during that I didn’t watch my points or anything. I have not been able to stop eating like an a$$hole since then. I can’t seem to get back on track and I just want to eat all the things! Help! How what helps you reset and get back on track?

Of course you can. Keep tracking and eating until you've had your fill. It's called being human.
