@bottomless Davenport this was their reply ! Hi Jayne, I'm sorry that you were advised that we would send them out, however we do not send out the milestone charms to Digital only members I'm afraid. This is because we cannot verify member's weight loss and some people could falsify their weight. Apologies. Thanks, Jen
