Hey everyone, I’ve done ww before and it worked for me when I worked it. Just started back on and lost 2. 6 lbs this week which is motivating! I’m going to NOLA on vacation next Thursday and don’t want to fall completely off track. Any tips for eating well on vacation? Thanks in advance

Choose one meal a day to splurge on. Eat carefully for the other two. Eat healthy snacks.

We went to NOLA the month I started WW and I definetly would've regretted never having tried a beignet. So I just got back on track when vac was over. That was August and I'm down 58lbs so far.
