What’s a good amount of weight to loose from now to April (just a little over a month) I have a goal set in mind but I don’t think that’s enough time. I weigh around 200lbs and I’m very uncomfortable with that, but my birthday is April 3rd and I wanna look good size wise (since I was pregnant last year) tips on loosing weight fast, I’m not on the weight watchers app I honestly just don’t wanna pay the fee. But I wear my waist trainer almost everyday and I don’t eat that much (or at least I don’t feel like I do) what can I do ?

A good weight loss is about a pound a week! So about 6 pounds by April

@sommer4 it’s about the nutrition you need. Portion control and exercise will help! Don’t stop eating just exercise!

@sommer4 my pleasure! My fitness pal really works for me. It opens your eyes to exactly what you are putting in to your body and breaks it down.

@hypoderma I also use my fitness pal and have lost 27 pounds since mid December. @sommer4 I am at 1200 calories a day . It is annoying at first getting used to tracking everything but the results are amazing ! It's free too.

Skinnytaste. com has a WW meal plan each week. Many WW people use her recipes.

I would suggest to first be realistic about your goals. You didn’t gain the weight overnight, even if it was all baby weight that took you 9 months to gain. The weight isn’t going to come off overnight. I would suggest to focus on being healthy and fit first and foremost, the weight will come. You have to do this for yourself and no one else. It the small, consistent changes that will make an impact on your health. Next, as far as the WW cost, the way I look at it is that I am worth the price of membership. I originally lost 110#, I gained 30# due to physical injury, surgery, and well food is delicious but on my way back down. I don’t even want to think where I would be now without WW. You’re worth it!
