Okay I have done WW 2 times in the past, achieving lifetime membership. then I fall off the wagon. I attempted to do a 10-day green smoothie cleanse, but as a school teacher on day 3 I felt like I was going to faint. It did however jump start my healthy eating habits again. I still want/need a better way to detox and lose/maintain my healthy weight goal. How is the new WW working out for you all? Any detox suggestions?
