Okay I have done WW 2 times in the past, achieving lifetime membership. then I fall off the wagon. I attempted to do a 10-day green smoothie cleanse, but as a school teacher on day 3 I felt like I was going to faint. It did however jump start my healthy eating habits again. I still want/need a better way to detox and lose/maintain my healthy weight goal. How is the new WW working out for you all? Any detox suggestions?

How about strip tea or some yummy shakes I may be able to help you

Only do what you know you’ll do for the rest of your life. If that means it takes longer to lose weight then it takes longer. With every pound you lose decide you are never going to have to lose it again.

I started Jan 12 and am already down 17. It. Works. I don’t think a detox is necessary. Just eat clean and track it! Add those healthy fats in moderation - don’t stress about it and you’ll do great!
