Is there anyone like me .? ;) I seem to do better without so many food choices in the refrigerator even though allowed food they are, sometime a repeat of an item is better for me . The broader the food horizon I find I do much better narrowing and not having sooooo many different food choices in the fridge .
Is there anyone like me .?

Changing plans won’t make your problem of too many choices any easier. You just need to find several meals you like and eat them on repeat no matter what plan your on. If you follow some of the WW ambassadors on Instagram you’ll see that many of them do that. I’ve found that it works well for me also. I mostly eat the same breakfast and lunch and then we have our favorite dinners that we rotate through and then occasional try new dinner ideas. I don’t have to think and it worry about food most of the time

I change thing up with left overs. spaghetti sauce turns into chilli, cooked onions, mushrooms and peppers for my egg go onto my pizza. My left overs don't ever look like left overs.

My days are similar but if I don’t change things up and get some variety ( try some new recipes) I get bored and that will cause me a huge problem.

My breakfast and lunch are the same Monday-Friday, with variations of similar dinners. My weekends are a bit more choice. The week helps me feel like food as fuel, the weekends I enjoy the variety.

I work better with limited choices. If I get bored, I can tweak it for a while. I do kind a low to moderate carb . Slow and steady. I don't want anything in the fridge which "calls my name" so I keep it simple. If I'm going to have a splurge it's going to be out with friends. Kind of a One and Done, thing, than back to my normal. It's worked so far.

I cook for 2 and leftovers aren't our favorite thing. I have become very good at cutting recipes down to 2 or 3 servings. I get my calculator and start dividing ingredients and so far, I haven't ruined anything !

I have plenty of variety and try to make a new and different dish. I plan ahead and cook enough for two meals so I won’t have too much work to do. I don’t have anything in my house that might tempt me. There are some foods that I can’t handle like potato chips. They are not welcome in my house! If I have the eaties, I eat Fiber One cereal and zero point veggies.
