Fitpoints are points earned for activity. You can track them using an activity monitor like Fitbit or manually enter your activity such as swimming or strength training. The points are used 1 SP for 1 FP. Your app has the ability to default to using your fitpoints first. It should be in your settings. A lot of people stick to using their weeklies and never touch their fitpoints. I hope this helps.

There are days that I earn a lot of fit points by doing a spin class at the gym as well as a weight training class. Those days I do make sure to eat a little more (eating some of those fit points) because my body is working so hard and needs the fuel. If I earn some fit points by going on a walk or doing some very light activity, I do not eat those fitpoints. This has been a good balance for me

So, I didnt get my "blue dot" on weigh in day. I didnt even use half of my points and did my regular activity . anyone know why this would happen?

@performing you are supposed to use most of your daily points. So if you don’t stay in the range you’re “supposed” to use you won’t get the blue dot

@prejudge96 thanks, so not use points can keep me from getting that dot as well?

This is directly from a WW professional: The Healthy Eating Zone is your SmartPoints Budget, plus a little wiggle room, designed to reinforce that a healthy pattern of eating is not about perfection. Blue: -13/+8 Example: a member with a DPT of 23 could track 10-31 points to get a blue dot. When you track within this range, you’ll earn a blue dot on your My Day calendar.
