Smooth moves, just don't take it before bed. with an Ambien said a friend. lol but really good on a weekend or might wake you up all night. Or do early am for evening.

I can second this advice! I was eating an orange daily but then I stopped for about a week. I got INSANELY constipated. I mean it took a whole week to right the wrongs I did to my poor colon. When I went back to eating an orange a day things corrected themselves.
