There's a tea called "smooth move" it works rlly well. Walmart usually carries it or just your local grocery store

Smooth moves, just don't take it before bed. with an Ambien said a friend. lol but really good on a weekend or might wake you up all night. Or do early am for evening.

@hays12 absolutely I throw another tea bag in there for flavor, mango or lemon and it goes down easy! That's a good idea I need to more often.

Just eat an orange every night. No problems. Delicious, good for you, and cheap. Can't beat a deal like that.

@ferrin I can second this advice! I was eating an orange daily but then I stopped for about a week. I got INSANELY constipated. I mean it took a whole week to right the wrongs I did to my poor colon. When I went back to eating an orange a day things corrected themselves.
