Good Morning everyone. Happy Sunday.Good Morning everyone. Happy Sunday. I hope this isnt a dumb question but I just don't want to mess up my points. I get confused on olive oil points. I am searing samon tonight for dinner as well as cooking my asparagas in olive oil. How would you count points for olive oil? Its the only thing that confuses me.

I wouldn’t use olive oil to cook with. It is bad for you when heated.

I have a spray bottle that I put my olive oil in. I just spritz it. So, I either don't count it or count it as a tsp.

1 tsp is 1 point. But I have olive oil flavored cooking spray, which is 0. I often use avocado oil too and it is 1 point per tsp. And you can also buy it where the cooking sprays are and it is zero points.
