Do you try to hit your point every day or do you try to stay under? I am on the Blue plan so I'm set at 23 points but today I only used 14 ‍♀️ and that was with eating breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks.

@wealthy76579 Agreed. The question is how? With so many zero point foods, even I struggle to hit close to 23 pts daily.

@deductive eat food not on the free food list ‍♀️ are you picking more from the free list than trying new recipes? Whats your typical higher point meal? You could also change color plan if thats not the problem, I think purple is 16 points a day

@wealthy76579 I’m on blue (WW suggestion, as I reached goal last year on freestyle) My greatest WL successes have been when I incorporate at least one meal a day as a salad, not eating if I’m not hungry and stop eating when I’m full. Atm, I eat a breakfast and a dinner. My WL has not been terrible, but I’m not eating all 23 points allotted for the week. And, I’m at least doubling the 49 weekly fit point target.

@deductive sounds like your doing great! Chalk it up to body hormones it changes as we get older. Just do you, you got this

Eat your points of you'll never survive goal and your LIFETIME WW maintenance. WW is not some temporary crappy diet full of deprivation. that's why WW works because you're supposed to eat.

I’m on blue and I get 23 points as well. I find if I don’t eat at least 19 I’m super hungry the next day ! ‍♀️

I use all plus 5 dailies most days. I still enjoy a glass of wine or some chocolate or chips or some ice cream most days. I’m down 70 lbs.

I have been consistently under my points, and truly am not losing. I need to try to hit the points and see what happens.

@beldam1549 - how much of the zero point foods are you eating? If they make up most of what you eat, cut back a bit and fill in with foods that have points.

WW recommends to stay within a healthy losing range, 10 below or 5 above. You know you’re doing this when your ‘day’ of the week dot is blue. Challenge yourself to earn that blue dot daily, it helps to make sure you eating enough and holds you more accountable for not eating too much.

I usually use 17 of 23. I am eating healthy and staying away from processed food
