Should i always stay under my points for the day?. I usually have a few leftover at the end of the day. Im on the blue plan for the last couple months. Have only lost 6 lbs since start. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also what are fitpoints and how do i use them in my weekly goal. It looks like i average 60-110 points per week but my goal is 23. Should i increase my goal and if i do will it adjust my weekly points?

I don't know if this will work for you; but I try and change things up a bit now and then so my body doesn't get used to always eating at a certain point level. I always eat at or below my points and make sure I get my blue dot; but now and then I use my weeklies. What's funny is the weeks I used more weeklies I actually lost more weight!

@crosseye400 thank you. I was thinking the same thing. Maybe its a habit that i need to break the cycle for me to lose more

Adjusting your fit points goal does not increase your weekly points. You can use your fit points - you have to change it in settings to use them. You have to find what works for you. I don’t eat my fit points and my left over points don’t rollover. Right now that is working for me- in the future I may have to adjust.

@rubyeruch87 I usually get it most days of the week.
