I've always been told to weigh it after you cook it because your not eating the fat and juices that cook out of it so weighing them doesn't make much sense.

My opinion, before you cook it. if you go to McDonalds, the quarter pounder says in small letters, "before cooking".

You should actually weigh it raw but if it's already cooked it's not the end of the world, weigh it and eat

I’m not sure why WW has points for uncooked meat? Who eats uncooked meat? Really?
