Hashimoto's and I've lost 20 since starting in January. I combine with Intermittent Fasting

@fitzgerald do you mind me asking what time frames you do the intermittent fasting? I know there are a lot of variations and also have Hashimoto’s and am struggling

Talk to your Dr about what options you should consider.

I do. my doctor had to put me on real synthroid and the man made one. My body wasn't accepting the "fake" synthroid like it should. It has helped. I am down 16. 2 in 3 weeks.

I have it and wonder sometimes if this is impeding my weight loss. My TSH levels are normal now (because of levothyroxin), so it seems like it shouldn't matter?

@maroney Dido! I have researched and researched and all claim that this does not affect weight loss but I feel it does! It's discouraging.

Yep. Been dealing with this for 28 years. It’s a struggle but my doctor is keeping my medicine regulated- one day at a time.

Can I ask if you dip into weeklies and/or exercise? I joined in June and steadily lost and was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and started medication in Sept. I am at a 45 pound loss but have stalled. it has been a slow progress.
