I wonder if your body is getting adjusted and metabolism is changing. Just stay on track and your body will adjust.

Pickles are free and usually find it hard to eat anything after that taste lol. I also find it’s a mental thing so I try to find something to keep me busy

Maybe try splitting up your points differently? I make my meals all roughly the same points and make sure lots of protein. helps keep me full more consistently.

I think if your body is hungry you should feed it. Not saying eat a cake or hot fudge sundae but feed it. Honestly when I get to that place, I need sugar. I eat a cookie or 2 boom back to good

I was very hungry tonight too so I decided to try something. I got out my carrots I have peeled and cut up, that are always in the fridge and ate a lot of them as I was cooking my chicken. then I ate some chicken and an apple. I am so full. pretty sure those carrots did that! I don’t get the baby carrots I actually get the large carrots, peel and cut them up. Taste so much better. It helped me. I have been on WW for 13 months and have lost 68 lbs. You can do this!

I'm starting week 5. I found fruit, esp apples unless accompanied by a protein, actually make me hungrier. I try to drink lots of water and change my mindset by doing something like an puzzle or word find. If I'm still hungry I'll have a couple of hard boiled eggs, or something warm like tea or soup.

I have been on WW for 4 weeks and I feel this way usually one day a week, where I feel like I am never satisfied. This usually happens when I haven’t eaten enough proteins. A teaspoon of almond butter and water usually takes care of it. If this happens at night, I brush my teeth. I wouldn‘t want to floss/brush teeth again Before bed.

I find that if I drink my water for the day I really do get that full feeling. One thing that so helped me was asking myself . if I am really hungry I will eat a carrot . if I won’t I am likely eating for another reason! I am a huge emotional eater!

The only way I’ve found after I’ve had food, drank water is to keep my hands and mind busy. I don’t knit but I learned even if I just knit and don’t make anything. I rip it apart and start over. I do puzzles and anything to keep my mind off food if I’m really not hungry. You must replace a habit with another habit. I go and brush my teeth too.

Keep going. Some people have problems with the satiety center in their brain actually recognizing you are full. Some people uses hobbies to compensate, while others try the newer medications for weight control. Just hold on, it does get easier.

I found that for me it is a mind game. I was eating plenty of food to sustain me, but could not get satisfied. I decided to cut back portions and between meal snacks. Instead, I added exercise.
