So anyone here just give birth and is having trouble loosing? I gave birth to my son almost 3 months ago and have been on WW since February 1st. Nothing is happening (at least I’m not gaining). I dunno if my body is still getting back to “normal” or not, but it’s frustrating. I was on WW 10 years ago and lost 40 lbs. I know I was younger then and didn’t just push a human out of me (‍♀️), but I was hoping to loose a few pounds by now. Any insight would be helpful. Thank you all!

Remember. It took 9 months to grow a little baby inside you. So it will take atleast that for your body to heal

I was 37 when I gave birth. My doctor told me to stay on WW while I was pregnant and I did. I gained 25 lbs like he wanted. I lost all of it right away except the 10 lbs. I couldn’t lose any weight until after about 14 weeks. I read an article after that that said you need to give your body at least 3 months until you can start shedding the pounds.
