Question—- what are the fit points for? Just to keep up with activity?

They are a holdover from past programs. You used to be able to use them as extra points for more food. New thinking is that it’s not a great idea to use activity to earn more food so it’s generally recommended that you use them as their own reward for getting moving.

After u use your weeklies they pop up to b used

Or you can go in settings and use them BEFORE your weeklies if you prefer

I just do it ( activity) to try to help with my blood sugar and blood pressure I don’t care about the points

Our leader does not recommend eating your fit points. I find I lose more if I exercise. As well as all the health benefits and I look better in my close with a little muscle tone!

I workout 2. 5-3 hours a day. You bet I'm eating extra points. 23 pts a day is anywhere from like 600-1000 calories and I need far more than that for my workout routine.
