I have been on blue since July and made it to goal, but have been hovering 5 lbs over goal for about 3 months now. Took the assessment and it suggested green for me, but I’m scared to switch and lose my free chicken and eggs! Lol. But that may be the reason I’m plateauing. maybe I’m taking too much advantage of “free” stuff

I switched to purple from blue (after plateauing at 60 lbs) and felt like I didnt have enough points. Trying green now because I only lost about 4 lbs in 2 months

You can always switch to see if it works for you.

I switched to purple for about a month. I did better on blue because I like toast and pizza better than oatmeal and quinoa.
