Hi everyone!  I have been in the plan since June and have lost about 45 pounds.Hi everyone! I have been in the plan since June and have lost about 45 pounds. I’m feeling great and clothes are looking better on me. The issue is now I have some flabby skin that I do not like one little bit. Has anyone else found this? And what did you do to make it go away? Thank you!

Yep! I have lost 50 since June. There is a lot of skin around the stomach, arms and thighs. I can see it getting better as I change my work outs with different weight training and sculpt classes but it's still there

@puttee what specific workouts do you do? Are there particular muscle areas I should be concentrating on?

There is not much you can do about flabby skin. Depending on age, exercise will help some but it will never be the same because the elasticity is gone.

I once had a leader who lost over 100 lbs. she swore that using a sauna helped. ‍♀️

Age is a big factor. It should keep shrinking for a good while after weight loss but will probably never be tight again. I have heard fish helps but no miracle.

Yeah. 50 yo here and I’m doing this for health not the look of my body. If I end up with saggy skin from this I’ll wear it as a proof of success.
