I like to track everything so I thought green would be best. Now not so sure. Anybody going thru this and maybe could advise switch of plan possibly ?

Are you drinking water and/or exercising? How are your clothes fitting? I’m not saying you don’t need to change but I know for me sticking it out past a few weeks and the scale eventually caught up.

@bantustan no not too much on the water clothes looser

@promulgate if it were me I would up water intake and stick it out for a few more weeks. The scale should catch up.

@promulgate if you don’t like water maybe put some lemon or cucumber in it to flavor it some.

17 lbs in 2 months is great! Don’t jump ship yet, stick with it and see what happens this week.

Why would you switch if you've lost 17 lbs. in 2 months! That is a lot. There will be plateaus. Just stay consistent. Eat your points (both daily and weekly) and track. It will happen.

@marmawke thank u thought I needed to switch plans

Nope. My support person told me these plateaus are normal as the body adjusts to the weight loss. Once your body figures out you are not starving it, the weight will start to drop again. Well done, just keep on at what youare doing.

So go back and repeat week you lost weight. Make sure you’re weighing and measuring everything you put in your mouth including tastes. I found I can only eat about 1/2 my weeklies. My fault mindless eating and tastes. Further I have limited movement

I am on purple but I track everything because zero points does not mean zero calories. You still need to track zero point foods.

I am on blue, I track every bite I put in my mouth. Don't give up. Try changing up your food for a day or so. Eat low points and they eat a few high point meals.
