Am I double tracking?  I wear my Apple Watch while walking on the treadmill, so it counts my steps.Am I double tracking? I wear my Apple Watch while walking on the treadmill, so it counts my steps. But the only way for me to get the activity points IS by tracking it. Help?

Ww give alot of fit points for minimal activity, so you dont want to use them

@kish5 you get alot of fit points for very little activity, i get about 200 a week If i ate that many extra points i would weigh 200lbs

Are you using the workout function on your Apple Watch? If not try logging it via your Apple Watch then sync and it should fix it

@taste I haven’t used the workout function in my watch. I keep forgetting about it, but I’ll make it a point to use it tomorrow!

You need to sync it with your ww app. It should be good. Then you don’t have to do it manually

I agree with Eileen. Sync it. It's very easy. Then your activity points will sync automatically with WW.
