I am Gluten Sensitive. Can not anything with gluten. I am also lactose intolerant. This makes following WW very difficult, but I thing it is still the best program to follow.

I make gluten free bread with lactose free yogurt, its lovely.

I eat gluten free and I find that ww is great for this. I don't have any problem following the purple plan.

It isn't hard. Just some getting used to. For sandwiches, I like Canyon bread others hate gummy and chewy

Not GF, but if you've already had to get wheat-based carbs out of your life, that is half the battle for the Blue plan Reducing them was the hardest adjustment for me. Now, if you had Crohn's, it would be a lot harder, and there are some Crohn's patients on the list.

I'm not but I have a friend who is and doing fine (better than me! ) I would go with Green or Blue and stay away from Purple. She does Green because she likes the added Daily Points to use as she wishes.

by (410 points)
@iila6 I do blue.
by (940 points)
@harriette70065 ok. Thanks. That's what I decided to do to. Thank you

@iila6 let me know if you have any questions. I make great 4 point bagels.

@harriette70065 oh I would love the recipe. I never know what to eat for breakfast that is quick. I can eat that on the run

Just 1 container of the nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 cup gluten free flour and 2 tsp of baking powder. I cook in air fryer on 280 for 16 minutes. They could me out soft and fluffy.
by (160 points)
@harriette70065 do you put the bagels directly on the airfryer tray or do place them in an airfryer bake pan? I make GF pizza dough but I’m intrigued by the airfryer bagels!

@harriette70065 what are some of your other favorite low point gluten free foods? I'm newly gluten free and am struggling to find filling foods that aren't high in points. I know its just a matter of becoming educated about gluten free foods and just getting used to it. and. maybe a little about getting over the "shock" or something of needing to eat gluten free.
