Definitely works if you really follow the plan and look back at portions and such. lots of zero point choices which is awesome but too much of anything will add up. Example- eggs and chicken are zero points, but if you eat a HUGE amount, plus your daily points, that’s probably not gonna work. Also, it’s definitely slower losing the older you are, in my experience. In my 20s I could drop 5 lbs per week, but in my early 40s, I’ll take 1 lb per week ♀️
