It is SO worth it to become Lifetime! I can’t stress this enough. I became Lifetime many years ago. I’ve re-joined many times, too. Here’s the truth. Unless you treat WW for what it truly is — a Lifestyle Change — the weight will come back. It is not a diet. I treated it as a diet for all those years. This time; however, is completely different! At 63, I finally made a lifestyle change. I’m below goal, weigh in monthly and am determined not to gain that weight back. Too old to keep yo-yo-ing

Lifetime is when you reach your goal weight and maintain

When you reach goal you become a lifetime member. If you stay within 2 pounds of that goal weight you no longer have to pay for meetings

But I should add that “ goal” has to be within their guidelines for your height and age Now you can get a drs note to override that I will never be lifetime because of this but I am okay with that! My goal loss is 75 pounds ( 19 away) and to me that means MORE lifetime so I will take it

When you get to goal (there's a chart with weight ranges based on height), you have to maintain that weight for 6 weeks staying with in 2 pounds of that weight. After the 6 weeks, you are on lifetime and get the app for free. You weigh once a month. You cannot go over your goal ir you have to pay until you are back down. My plan is to pick the high range of my goal range and then continue losing after goal. You can go under goal weight, not over. That way i will have wiggle room.

You hit goal. Maintain for 6 weeks then your a lifetime member and as long as you don’t gain over 2 lbs of goal you get WW free
