For the ladies *swimsuits  I’m going to a Disney world/water park in June. Even though I’ve lost 45 pounds, Im still very embarrassed by my body. I know, everyone at the water park is probably self-conscious too.  Anyway, I’m very heavy on top. 38g. So, not much support in a swimsuit. Do people ever wear bras under swimsuits? I need to do that. Lol  Any recommended swimsuits?

Their are swimsuits for us top heavy ladies with under wires and bra like structure sized by bra size.

I am the same, top heavy. I have found that I can wear some sports bras under my tankini tops for extra support.

You will see plenty of very full figured women at the water park. no one if focused on anything but having fun. Find something before you go that you are comfortable wearing and go have a blast! Congratulations on the 45! That’s awesome!

I wore my bikini after losing 40lbs and didn't give two craps about what anyone thought! Trust me most people there do not care and wear whatever they want! You do you girl and don't worry about anyone else!

@arytenoid95704 I love Lands End. Their suits for bustier sizes are like wearing a bra- at least the D and DD are. Also remember that you will most likely never see these people again so who cares? You are beautiful regardless. And- 45 pounds lighter! Have fun!

I hated swimsuits! Could never find one that made me feel comfortable and covered enough. Years ago, my family was visiting Hershey Park where there is a large Orthodox Jewish community. I couldn't stop staring at their suits with long sleeves, leggings, and skirts! After that trip, I searched online and found some for myself. I've been quite comfortable and happy in the water ever since. Yes, I wear a sports bra underneath. Yes, I stand out like a sore thumb compared to the girls in our friends group who choose bikinis and sunbathing, but if the choice is between me being comfortable and not going at all, everyone has gotten over the initial shock of the suit. Lol.

The tankines work pretty well. Burlington may carry them now. Have fun in Disney. Never be embarrassed of your body. You have come a long way in weight loss. Give yourself some credit.

I'm top heavy and always feel like I am popping out of my swim tops so I will occasionally wear a sports bra with my top so that I feel better and less like I am going to flash the world all my goods.

I'm the same size and I get my bathing suites at Lane Bryant. Built in support bra in their suits and they go by bra size.

Think about this. next time you are out. grocery store mall Target where ever. when you get back to the car think about all the people you saw and judged. wait! Chances are you recall no one and were too busy with your self to judge anyone else. Enjoy life it’s the only one you’re gonna get

Lane Bryant is the only place I can find a top with a built in bra that fits me. Was a 42F, now I need to be refitted because I've lost 44lbs.

Something I do is wear swim shorts. Then for the top I wear a sports bra and like a razorback compression exercise top(that’s the best I can describe it! ) it fits like a swim top but more support and I think cute!
