Guys, help!  I plateaued 3 weeks ago and it’s SO discouraging.Guys, help! I plateaued 3 weeks ago and it’s SO discouraging. I tried the Wendy Plan (look it up, it’s online) and I thought it was working, but it was only for a day or two. Anyone else have success getting past being stuck? What’d ya do?

Saaaaame! I'm gonna try eating my weeklies this week and see if that does anything

Eat more and not the same foods. Change your activity and drink half of your body weight in water.

Intermediate fast. It’s definitely helped me. I switched back to green and only eat from 930-5pm. Down 3 pounds and a gallon of water a day.

I don’t eat my weeklies, I have a hard time getting  on green as it is.
