If you go to a restaurant and order a hamburger without the bun how would you track that? I also like Longhorns chopped steak, but could do without the fried onions. It is 25 points as is  How many points do I take off for the fried onions? This is the part of tracking that I get lost on.

Ask the pre cooked weight of the burger, and what % fat it is, and to please grill the meat without added fat, then you have what you need to track. Example: 4 oz uncooked 80/20 beef. Cooked without fat.

I would deduct 4 points for the bun.
