I am thrilled that I have lost 13# on purple since 1/6, but realize the 3 week STALL I am in is because I have been eating too many 0 point foods. (I have a thing for steel cut oats). I think blue will be more in alignment with closely monotoring (spending points) my intake of carbs - even the healthy ones. I was recently diagnosed with prediabetes, and am determined to do whatever it takes to reverse that. My dietician agrees blue is the plan for me. How has everyone's week been?
