What do you do if you really blew it for the day? I mean really blew it and ate all your extra points for the week? Do you do: 1. Eat way less the next day? 2. Start new and stay within your points? Dang it anyway! And it seems like I have NO WILL POWER. Maybe I need more protein? Any tips to curb the senseless munching? Thank you Thank you

Forgive yourself and remember that tomorrow is always a fresh start. We all mess up. I mess up All the time. I think it's important to just jump back on track. Just keep going. Your worth it.

I’ve had those moments. But nothing feels as good as the 50 lbs I lost. It’s totally worth the foods I’ve said no to and the invitations I’ve declined so I can stay on plan. I keep telling myself when I reach goal it will be worth it!

I learned it's okay to have a off day. Happen to me yesterday. But today, I just started the day new and stay within my points. It definitely will be working out tonight.
