Not a book -but if you like to exercise or want different types -look up the Peleton digital app -it was free for 90 days due to the virus -after that its 12. 99 a month. One does not need their bike or treadmill ( I use mine ) really great instructors ! Yoga, treadmill , outside and inside walking , meditation, etc . Check it out
