So I did read through the article covering none scale victories so I thought I would share some of mine 1. I'm eating a little more mindfully 2 my meals are containing of more fruits and proteins instead of mainly starches; I haven't cut out starches entirly 3. I have more energy to play with my nieces 4. I'm not snacking as often if I am and its startchy or high salt I try to remind myself of how far I've come ans myself "is it really worth it? " If yes then I'll have it or a special occasion such as a birthday I'll have a small piece but otherwise I'm trying to consume less salty, sweet snacks except for WW and pretzel a, popcorn 5. My family is finally starting to get aboard with the idea we usually have salads at least once a week with some source of protein such as shrimp or chicken
