Nonstop. I'm not tracking, barely exercising. I'm still working and trying to school my 3 kids and I have no time for myself. I am stressed and worried.

Yes . but starting yesterday I’m Taking my stress and giving it to the Lord . He has got this in his hands . Prayers for you . We are going to be ok and we are going to get to goal prayers your job works out too . I know me personally ( I clean houses ) one of my ladies sent me a check even though I’m not cleaning for her right now . .

Oh I had two hard weeks. I am an Educational Assistant for a private school and was laid off March 17th. I’ve gained 5 lbs since then but I woke up yesterday and was determined to not let this beat me and I’m back on track. You can do it too.

I am laid off my dental office job and I have the habit of watching the governors briefing every afternoon. I refer to it as wine (and cheese, cracker etc) with DeWine.

In the beginning, I completely lose my appetite, but later I go the other way. My daughter is in an extremely high risk essential healthcare job situation. I barely sleep or eat right now. WW is out the window completely.

It is good to journal why we feel like we are eating out of boredom, a dietitian once told me when you feel like snacking and it is out of stress or boredom or just because it is there try to find something to do that you use your hands to do so you are not so tempted

Yes, but you can' change it, you can't stop it, you have no control of what has not yet happened. so breath deep, walk a little faster, call a friend, wright a letter. or take a nap. an no, no food networking channel, or food mags. watch cable tv no comicals of food. Good Luck, and if your fears do come true. then deal with it best you can. just try not to use food to make anything better, it does not work. ⌚️

Fell into comfort eating due to my anxiety. I work in a supermarket, and I suffer panic attacks when customers verbally abuse me over the smallest things like the restrictions or no stock available.
