You have reason to stress, but stress and overeating are not good for you. I was doing all the wrong things for about three weeks until I got on the scale a couple of days ago and noticed a significant gain. I do WW online, and went back to my journal and read how far I've come. I started following program again. If you can, try to get back on. God bless and stay safe.

Alexa, thank you Sooooooooo much for doing as you are doing. I can't imagine your stress level (bless your heart) We who are house bound, or home sheltered or what ever you call it have irritating stresses, but NOTHING like what the medical personal and those who support them, are going through. These are totally un-chartered and unprecedented times when we have to do the best can with what we have available. I'm not over stating it when I say these are war times. //// I don't know if you use SF products, but keeping SF Worthers in your pocket may help a bit. sometimes. You are the only YOU that you have. As a matter of fact, You are the only YOU, that the world has. Please take the best and wisest care of yourself that you can. Make the best choices available There will be time to get back on track later.

All you have to do right now is stay safe and healthy. And healthy means your mind too. Remember your brain is an organ too and also needs care. Right now we are all in survival mode. So if you’re “off track” it’s ok. At a time like this tracking may cause decision fatigue which may further exacerbate your situation. Do the best that you can with your food but instead of focusing on pounds lost perhaps focus on healthy fuel for your body and mind so you can be at your optimal performance. We are so grateful for those of you on the frontlines! However, you are allowed to care for your self too.

First of all thank you for all that you do for helping others. Bring your food with you to work. Start with smaller portions. Have food that fuels your body with energy. Eat smaller portions. Drink water. I’m sure there is many days when you don’t get time to eat a meal. Just do your best and know that you are getting many steps in on your shift. Come back here to all of us when you need to be lifted up. That’s what we are all here for

Take care of yourself and console yourself with whatever you have. If we live through this, we will shift our focus back to pre-pandemic mode. Know that the world is loving you for taking care of the people we love when we can't. We pray God's abundant blessings and grace fill you with all you need.

I'm a nurse too. it's like fighting a war evertime you go to work. Thank you for ER nursing, I'm grateful I'm off the floor. Stay safe. I've been relying on healthy zero point foods to get me through that but tracking is hard.
