Looking for some insight.  How did everyone choose their goal weight?Looking for some insight. How did everyone choose their goal weight? I am 9 pounds from the goal I chose when I joined, but I’m not sure that it’s the best weight for me. Also, I believe what the charts say I should weigh is 127 and I don’t think I could maintain that. Any insight is much appreciated.
