Does anyone else have a WW scale (for people, not food) made by Conair? Has it barely worked properly since the day you got it? I emailed Conair a while ago and never got a response. It keeps saying "Lo" whenever I step on it. and it's not talking about my weight. Lol! The batteries are brand new. Just wondering if anyone else ever had a problem with their WW scale?

I had one in the past that was glass and everytime I got on and off I would get a different weight. I've got a black one now and I find it works amazing. If I step on and off same weight all the time.

Yes I got one months back. Not satisfied with it. I thought buying WW scale would be good.

However, I didn’t order it from the WW app.

Mine works great. It only says low when batteries are dead. Have you tried different batteries? Sometimes batteries can be messed up due to different conditions, even if they are new.

@bondsman yes, tried different batteries multiple times. So disappointed with it. :(

@bing953 that's a bummer. :)

@bing953 I ALWAYS had the same problem with my ww scale too. LITERALLY never said the same number twice. So I got rid of it!

Sometimes the connecting posts on a unit get a bit of corrosion that may or may not be seen. I find that if I scratch the posts the connection to the battery is better. I add the batteries and then the unit works.

See if you can return it. You need to be able to trust your scale.

I have a glass Conair WW scale that is right with the scale at my meeting or doctor (within . 2#). However, it's not new; about 5-6 yrs old.
