I wouldn't really focus or base on others. Some people lose 2-4 pounds a week and some lose . 5-a pound. each person is diff and it can discourage you if you come with expectations. Just do your best. I would only weigh on your single weigh in day each week. We fluctuate so much for a variety of reasons and it can be a huge mental game. I always use my weeklies but dont count or use activity. I've lost 120 pounds with about 30 more to go

You have to do what works for you. This is what I do. I am on the green plan. You can expect up to a 2 lb weight loss per week. Sometimes you do gain. Watch your sodium intake. Weigh yourself once a week. I do not use many of my weekly points at all. Sometimes a few. If I use them, me personally, I don't lose as much.

Just to add. I have about 40 lbs to goal from when I started. I have lost 17 lbs in 6 weeks.

. 5-2 pounds. Week I only weigh weekly. Daily can be very discouraging. I never use my fit points and rarely use the weeklies.

I have been averaging 1-2 lbs per week. I am on the blue plan and I use all my weeklies but only use my fit points in emergencies lol. I started about 8 weeks ago and have lost 13 lbs and I’m really Happy with it. I’m at a pace I can maintain u til a plateau which is inevitable. You can do this!

Average is 0. 2 to 2 lbs week. Each pound is a deficit of 3500 calories. I weigh daily to keep on track but many weigh once a week. I don’t use fit points since I am trying to lose. Maybe on Maintainence.

I’ve gone weeks of no loss weeks of 5 pounds don’t get hung up, do the plan! I weigh weekly to avoid frustration. Do not use your fit points, you’re trying to create a deficit. Use weeklies if desperate. You will still lose just a tad slower, that’s ok!

I did an average 2-3 lbs per week, sometimes more, sometimes less. I usually did not eat weekly points, although that is not recommended. I am at my goal and maintaining now.

I started off about 2 lbs a week. Lost 30 and now have stalled. Up and down same 1 lb for past couple of weeks. I weigh myself morning and night but only track it once a week. I find that daily weighing keeps me on track. If I have an day where I’ve gained, I like to note why. Time of month, no exercise, didn’t track accurately, etc. I use my weeklies for special things and I do not use my fitness points.

WW says 1/2 to 2 pounds a week. Weigh yourself weekly. Best wishes!

I weigh the same time and day each week. I drink lots of water, and focus on tracking. Will you lose more if you don’t use your weeklies or fit points? Maybe, but they are there for a reason! I use them if needed, but treat them like an emergency slush fund, not part of my daily budget. With Easter coming up, use what you need! Look ahead of time at your points values in your typical holiday meal, and plan ahead. You will be awesome! ❤️❤️❤️

@gittle I agree! I’ve been on WW before and lost almost 50 pounds of baby weight! Stress from a divorce and custody battle helped me regain, so I’m back. ❤️

@gittle I agreed day. with being home all the time, I’ve found it hard to keep on track. Today is the first day I have tracked everything I ate, and had healthy replacement snacks. Baby steps.

Tracking is the most important thing. Be honest with tracking. I measure things with measuring cups so that I'm not overeating.
