I weigh the same time and day each week. I drink lots of water, and focus on tracking. Will you lose more if you don’t use your weeklies or fit points? Maybe, but they are there for a reason! I use them if needed, but treat them like an emergency slush fund, not part of my daily budget. With Easter coming up, use what you need!
