I just downloaded the app and have a couple of questions I'm hoping everyone can help out! I have 30 points, not sure if I should be using them all? Also for excersise what do you guys usually do? Especially with this pandemic! Thanks everyone

I have a peloton. So I ride 20 min per day, usually equals out about 5-6 miles for me. I will do stretches, and on demand body workouts.

Depending on the plan you’re on you’ll have a “healthy zone” green plan is -10/+8, so I can have 20-38 points and still be in the healthy eating zone. For my workouts I love Zumba. A lot of my friends are instructors so I’ve got that going for me. Also when the weather starts to warm up (I live in western NY) I like to go and walk the neighborhood to get the aunshine

Don’t deprive yourself to ‘save’ points. It might lead to a binge. Try to use most of the points daily.

I always use them all and i am down 22 pds since dec 24th - i accumulate alot of activity points throughout the week and dont use those

Its different for everyone. You have to learn what works for you. Some people lose better eating all their daily points and some weeklies. Some people just their weeklies and others do well aiming for the healthy blue dot zone. Today i ate 20 of my 30. I wasnt very hungry. Some days i feel like im starving. Experiment with your points. Track honestly. Stay hydrated. Get enough protein and some good fat each day. YouTube and Instagram have big WW communities. I find lots of meal ideas. I have an elliptical and treadmill and lots of workout dvds. Love 21 Day Fix. I aim for 3 to 5x a week.
