@perviouso you all workout at home or gym? I would have to wait for an hour after work to go do a build and burn class. It cost $100 a month also plus at least 45 minutes from my house one way. I am wondering if you all have done anything at home that has helped you shred the pounds?!
Do you all workout at home or gym?

Medicare pays for mine. Where I live, my boyfriend gets in my way of exercising. His car has been in the shop since July due to the GM strike. I am the taxi cab for him. I go to the mall to walk 7, 000 to 10, 000 steps. It is Martin Luther King day. I feel equal to a turtle.

You may want to try the local Y. You can use their pool as long as their fitness center. It’s fairly reasonably priced as well.

Beachbody on demand. I have it and there are SO many workout options. And it’s like 99 a year. When I signed up I did the like 40 dollars 3 times a year because I didn’t have the 90 at the time.

You can use your stairs to work out like walking up and down 20 times in one go then add as you get use to it also use them to do stand up press ups by putting your hands on a chest size step then push in and out also use bottom few steps for arm presses. Hope this helps

@fennell not everyone has stairs.

I walk but I also have a NordicTrac elliptical glider. It is quite big but it, luckily fits in my den. It is one of the few things that doesn't irritate my hip.

I don’t have great internet where I live. We are out in the country and no internet worth anything out here. Towns are at least 25/30 minutes from me when I get home from work.

@already If you can get on Pinterest and they have tons of workouts for at home there’s 30day challenges and like 12week workouts where they have certain exercises for each day of the week.
by (7.7k points)
@already have you considered buying a hotspot, so you can access the Internet more easily? My husband has to bring one everywhere we go because of his job.

Tons of things on the internet. If U have the room for it, buy USE@pervious workout equipment. But if U can control your diet (unlike me) more power to you & you’ll achieve far more than I ever will.

by (620 points)
@assimilative yes. I normally go to class but am on extended vacation and have been doing it. I has good variety an you can focus on whatever area you want. Go to jazzerciseondemand. com. They have a free 7-day trial offer.
by (440 points)
@carothers Honer thanks. I loved going but the schedule hasn't worked lately.

Since you work I would think the distance and cost would be ONE BIG EXCUSE. If you don't have good Internet just get a good video or even several videos to change it up. Workout videos are cheap at thrift stores.
