Track everything. Remember your human, you'll go over, you'll be under. Your next meal is when you start over if you think you "messed up". Not the next day. Remember to forgive yourself. Don't compare your beginning to someone else's middle or end.

When I started I tracked everything and learned how to adjust my food choices. In the beginning I was over points until I made adjustments and better choices.

Always track no matter the points used. You will see a pattern and you can adjust.

@hatcher no worries. You aren't on a "diet". You are looking at a way to make your meals better for your health, a way to feel better in your skin. You will find that you have control over what you want to eat, whereas if you think of this as the diet, food is in control. You will say that you are having a cheat day, when really, you are human, and you are having a day that you need chocolate or a slice of pizza. Don't beat yourself up over going over. You will get this!

Own it and track it Weigh and track it Drink your water! Give yourself grace. this is a journey, not a race to the finish! Make the changes that will be sustainable long term! Don’t give up something you can’t (don’t want) to live without. I am usually spot on Mon - Fri. Saturday is my “cheat” day for ice cream (or whatever special indulgence I am craving). Back on track Sunday. Plan, plan, plan! Without a plan you will grab and go - and it not usually weight loss friendly. Make portioned out breakfast and Lunches so all you have to do is put it in your lunch bag. Keep fruit on hand.

Tracking is one of the keys to the kingdom no matter how many points you've used. Eat your next meal completely naked sitting down in front of a full length mirror. You can decide if you want to maintain or continue with your weight loss journey. There are no secrets. It's hard work everyday.

Keep good food, snacks, drink choices in the house. If you have to keep cookies. ice cream etc in the house for other family members be sure to shop for yourself. Most importantly is you need to move (activity) Walking is the easiest. Just 30 minutes a day. If you can't get outside walk in place inside

I think preparation is the number one thing to do to get back on track. Look what's in your pantry and fridge. Make a meal plan for the next day. Get out some WW cookbooks or look online at some of the great sites with WW recipes. Youtube and Instagram are both great sources for WW meal ideas (esp Instagram). Youtube can be great motivation watching other people's videos. If you can get your hands on some fresh fruit and veg, that is good too. I cut them up and store them. I just cleaned out my fridge and it feels like a weight was taken off me. I can find things again, lol!

Track your entire day when you walk up in the morning and stick to it. Build meals around 0 point foods. Make sure you have snacks too Drink water and move- spring clean or walk stairs if you must stay inside

Keep tracking. measure portions with a measuring cup. That's where I gained weight. My portions were way to big!

Drink water. Get more sleep. Delay your snacking, even for 5 minutes and then reevaluate your “need” Keep snacks in basement so you have to purposely go get them. Brush your teeth to deter snacking. Keep your hands busy. Check points in grocery store, don’t even buy if it’s too high. I took an old photo of skinny me wearing a bathing suit and made it into a notepad for my grocery lists. Looking at it while I make my list & shop reminds me why I’m on WW. Do mini exercises during regular routines- while brushing teeth, cooking, using a work photocopier. Do exercises during commercials or every time Netflix asks if you want to continue watching.

Do NOT buy foods that are your downfall. If they aren’t in the house, you can’t eat them.

Motivation tends to start inside out and the one's the outside. The outside motivates the inside.
