So here's a fun fact that I didn't know. did you know that you can lose weight in your feet and your hands? I tried on some old shoes I used to wear that were a size 10 w and they were too big on me. i also had a size 12 ring and I now where I size 9 ring lol

Yes it seems like the first places to lose too. Now I have bony shoulders too. But that dang belly just seems to hang on!

My BF and I used to joke that shoes always fit no matter what, but that's not true. Rings definitely get loose or tight, depending.

I lost a whole shoe size when I lost 80 lbs and I almost threw my wedding ring in the trash when it flew right off my finger as I was throwing something out one day. The extra weight on your feet spreads your feet bones out making your feet wider too.

@mandle I can't wear mine anymore either! Lost it in the dryer once, nearly lost it in my disposal so then I said guess I'm not wearing it anymore!

Yes of course! I use to be an 8 shoe then got so fat I was a 9W! Now I'm down to 8. 5. Can't wait to be an 8 again! My ring size was 9 also and now I'm back to an 8!

You can get a ring sizers too, until your done losing. Mine is just a spiral band that goes around the band.

OMG . I just put in a paid of shoes that I haven’t worn since the fall and I’m swimming in myself and thought the same thing. my feet r smaller

Good for you! Yep, my shoes were too big, too, and my ring size went from 7. 5 to 5. 5.
