For those of you who use a WW digital scale, how do you feel about the accuracy? I've been using a normal scale that I had set ahead a few pounds to match my meeting weigh in. For some dumb reason I felt the need to adjust it and now am not trusting what it says.

Mines pretty old and I have trouble with very light weight. For instance I want to weigh walnuts for my oatmeal so I only want abiut 7 grams. Sometimes it works and sometimes I’ll have a ton of walnuts and it’s still not registering

I would suggest pick something nearby and weigh it. When you are feeling unsure reweigh that object and make sure its the same. (Ie- a favorite pair of shoes)

If you have dumbbells or a kettle bell, put it in your scale to calibrate it. A 5-lb dumbbell should show 5. 0 pounds on your scales.
