How can I add some extra flavor to diced pears? I was crazy about them for two months and bought two four packs. Now I am over them and on to cinnamon applesauce. I don’t cook and I don’t know what flavors go with pears.
How can I add some extra flavor to diced pears?

There are no points in these right? I eat the mixed fruit ones, I like them, I sometimes add some fat free cool whip to it

@bowerbird7722 I get 4 points for these and the mixed fruit! I’m on blue maybe that’s the difference?
by (2.8k points)
I think the added points are in the sugars. I'm on blue and only the ones labeled as sugar free are zero points.

@bowerbird7722 I thought they were zero but they’re in fruit juice so maybe not.

Make a giant fresh fruit sallad ( zero points) and add the pears. Do not add the syrup ( obviously). You will get the greatest fruktsallad ever. Only a few points as the pears have some extra sweet in them/ remnant of syrup.

@ellsworth57194 these do not have syrup just fruit juice.

Eat with Greek Yogurt sweetened slightly and sprinkle with cinnamon. In the south my mother use to serve a pear salad. pears on a lettuce leaf topped with a small spoonful of peanut butter, mayonnaise and sprinkled with cheddar cheese and a cherry on top. A wonderful childhood memory.

Pears go great over cottage cheese. Or you can mix them with other fruits.

We make pear salad. Drain pears and put into a bowl. Add a teaspoon of light Miracle Whip and a Tablespoon of FF shredded cheddar cheese. Add one maraschino cherry on top. YUM!

These do have points, the zero point ones are the ones that say no sugar added. 100% juice ones still have the pts unfortunately.

@meyers I grew up on pears in jello, still love it!
