To make the Pillsbury SF cake mix with Diet Coke, do you put anything else in it? Thought about diet 7up

I’ve made the chocolate cake with coffee and water to equal 12 oz and it turned out fine. These cakes are quite crumbly, don’t hold together too well. They taste great.

I use a dark diet soda for chocolate cake, and diet 7 up for yellow or white.

I add 2 eggs & sugar free Cool Whip for icing! Delicious cold.

A can of pumpkin and one egg with the SF yellow cake mix is really good.

@quinn I use the regular size of Libbys. I think it tastes better than using diet soda.

Used diet Sprite, 2 eggs, and added a box of sugar free instant pudding.

*tip* I normally do mine as cupcakes as they tend to hold up better and its easier to do serving sizes.
