Use a 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 tsp each salt and BP. Mix and roll out to about 10-12”, poke with fork, place in 500 oven for 9’, remove, add toppings, reurn to oven for additional 6’. Thin, crispy and delicious!

Roll it out as much as you can wit a rolling pin. And if you’re brave enough, throw it in the air like it’s a wet flannel. Don’t be afraid of trying it.

Cook the dough by itself for a bit then top and cook again. To get it crispier. To make it flatter you have to roll it out.

I only have regular flour (not self rising) because the stores are out. Any bakers out there who can advise on the measurements if I add baking soda (or powder? )? So it'd be a three ingredient dough.

I make pizza weekly. I posted a detailed tutorial with pictures, you'll see it if you search my name. I use a rolling pin to get it thin. I heat the crust for 12 min at 350* with no toppings. I crank the oven to 425*, add toppings and cook for approximately 10 - 14 more minutes. It's so good.

That’s why it called working the dough? You push it! It’s not easy. did you ever see a pizza maker through the dough and spin it. now that takes years of working the dough, but you can push and prod it.
