Any good ideas for low fat shakes that you can make yourself? Maybe with some skim milk and ice? What else can I add? Thanks ❤

If you add a frozen banana it makes it like ice cream shake. I believe your suppose to count the banana but some people. Don’t. I also add the PB2.

I use a handful of kale, a handful of spinach, 1 c unsweetened almond milk, about 1/4 frozen strawberries, 1 scoop protein powder. Soooo good, nutritious and low in points. The almond milk is 1 pt, protein powder 1 or 2 depending if I use vanilla or chocolate, frozen strawberries or blueberries, etc 1 point so total 3 or 4. It’s thick and I leave in fridge and sip throughout day.

I use a chocalate meal replacement, a frozen banana, ice and water. I make 32 oz shake and the banana makes it creamy. I also add frozen strawberries sometimes. Its thick and creamy and taste like a chocolate shake. The secret is the frozen banana.

Vanilla Premier Protein, a packet of A&W root beer mix and a few ice cubes in a blender! Tastes like a root beer float!
