My weigh in is on Monday. I do so well eating from Monday - Wednesday, then on Thursday morning I feel like I want to eat everything in my kitchen! Anyone else?

I usually treat myself on weigh in day. After weigh in to a little something extra. Then right back on track

‍♀️ I changed my weigh in day to Thursday as of last week, thinking that maybe I’ll be more careful through the weekends to not go through all of my weeklies at the beginning of the week.

I start my week on moMonday , weight in on Thursday this gives me extra points on the weekend works great for me

And that is exactly why I weigh in on Saturday morning! That way, I can have a "Splurge Day" on Saturday. Not a Cheat Day, because I track everything and just use a chunk of my Weekly Points for a date night with hubby or an indulgence (or both). Another benefit of doing this for me is during the week if I feel a craving or an urge to binge on something, I just tell myself I can have it Saturday and the urge diminishes. 9 times out of 10, I don't even want it by Saturday!

I weigh in on Thursday morning. Today I went to Culvers with fellow WW gals and had a burger n fries. 19  pts. Tonight I took the night off from cooking and had Turkey on wheat with lots of veggies from subway for 6 pts. 3 more pts for a Built Bar for snack and a banana. Still have 4  points left. My splurge day.
