Not a Cheat Day, because I track everything and just use a chunk of my Weekly Points for a date night with hubby or an indulgence (or both). Another benefit of doing this for me is during the week if I feel a craving or an urge to binge on something, I just tell myself I can have it Saturday and the urge diminishes. 9 times out of 10, I don't even want it by Saturday!
