Started WW a little over 2 weeks ago. Feels like I'm starving to death. Any suggestions on appetite suppression?

So many free foods to eat! Add veggies to scrambled eggs for breakfast (my favorites are spinach and mushrooms). Make enough grilled chicken for dinner to give you leftovers for lunch. Find low-point wraps and have chicken and slaw mix in it. Mix sugar-free Jello w/ plain fat-free Greek yogurt for a delicious snack and NO points (orange is heavenly, but all flavors are good).

Follow old fashioned food rules - fill the plate with vegetables. And I know fruit and eggs have points, but eat - it is important not to feel hungry. An egg and a cut up apple do it for me for a snack. and deviled eggs with just a bit of low fat mayo is great. Find a veg that you actually really like - for me it is cucumber and eat buckets of them. Have protein at every meal if you can - at least twice a day. Eat the whole chicken breast. I love frozen berries with a couple of glops of yogurt - and virtually no points if you choose the right yogurt. Make sure you have some fat in your diet. for both health and satiation. This is what has worked for me -- on purple, and not hungry--- good luck

It does get better ! I remember feeling that way too . try and Exercise as much as you can as well. They say protein is the key, idk , but yes veggies and eggs even mixed together lol I would make egg white veggie omelette for lunch and enjoy it with a low calorie rice cake. I also think if you plan out your meals the day before or even if u can do a few days of trying to figure out what you will have a it sounds nuts but it helps! Clementines are great to snack on - stay away from anything white aka carbs !  now I’m gonna follow this advice the rest of the week as well ! Have been so off track . I wish you well ♥️
