Saturday was my birthday (73rd), and EVERY year, my husband bakes me the most delicious chocolate cake w/ chocolate icing. So I ate a piece w/ some vanilla ice cream Saturday night, and one more piece for dessert Sunday. The rest, we gave to our grandchildren. Yes, I went over my points, but at my age, I'm celebrating EVERY birthday God gives me. It's LIFE! I'll cut back for the rest of the week.

@vulgar68 Thanks! I've lost 40 pounds from April-December 2019, so I'm just maintaining now.

I did pretty well. Was very happy to not have negative results of over eating, as in the past. No acid or next day food hang over. Enlightening!

I only ate a bit too much yesterday but was a normal Easter dinner. Meat, veg. I am not going to sweat it.

I only ate ham, 1/2 sweet potato and broccoli; was so full that I couldn’t eat dessert. stayed within my points for the day. normally, I would’ve eaten at a restaurant buffet and certainly would’ve eaten much more
