Asking again---Wendie Plan users: Do you have to be on WW so long before starting the Wendie Plan? Or can you go on it right from the start? Thanks in advance! :)

Following WW guidelines and remaining persistent and consistent is what works.

@pervious understood and I have followed it religiously. I've hit a plateau and need to get by it. After 4 weeks, I'd like to see my scale move. I've had great success on WW.

@farandole I understand. My plateau lasted 6 months. I followed the advice I gave you and it broke when my body was ready.

Ok. Looks like what I normally do every week. I thought it was something different. Didn't know it had a name ‍♀️

I posted the link but it was removed by an admin. so apparently it's some top secret or taboo thing.

@christianism No, if you read our group rules, links such as that are not allowed.

Weight Watchers does not endorse the Wendie (Wendy) plan or their website

@naga178 i know. But I'm stuck and need to get my scales moving. I'm willing to give it a try and I've read stories that are nothing but good results.

I would wait until you plateau and need to change it up. But I also read when you are starting out you should use all your points dailies and weeklies so you can scale back from there if you aren't losing. It's all about finding your best plan for you. #optimalpointconsumption

@jemy3 I have hit a plateau. I want to try it myself, but my cousin just joined Sunday and I wasn't sure if she could do it this early or not.

Also someone did post their WW coach told them to do the ZigZag plan that sounded about the same as #wendiplan. Not sure if I read that on FB or Connect

What is the Wendie Plan? It's not WW sanctioned I assume. Who made it up? Thanks
